When You Know You Need Spring Training: Safeco Field is Covered in Snow

Although we’re just near the beginning of February – which is historically the most snowy month – the impending report of pitchers and catchers to Spring Training has put my head in the clouds.

All week, I’ve been day dreaming about 75 degree, sun-filled days filled with hot dogs, cold beers, and foul balls barreling towards me.

And then the Mariners go and drop this on us:

Yup. The Pacific Northwest is covered in snow and so is the Mariner’s stadium:

This is very beautiful and all, but never have I been more ready and in need of Spring Training than now:
