Did Mets SS Luis Guillorme Just Make the (Bat) Catch of the Spring?

Interesting

The best thing about baseball being backĀ on TV is that we occasionally get to see ridiculous plays like the following:

Okay, that may not be a traditionalĀ play, but man what a catch!

The man with the golden hands, is 22-year-old Mets shortstop Luis Guillorme.

He made it as far as High-A last season, where he hit .263/.332/.315, but was otherwise known for his glove, as the announcer suggested.

And what’s even more impressive than the catch, is how cool he played it afterwords. If I did that, I’d be talking about it for a year. But Guillorme? Nah, he just tosses it back to the batter and goes about his business.

The king of cool.
