Now THAT’s Heads Up Baseball – Altuve Scores from Second Base on a Ground Out to First

Incredible Plays

Jose Altuve is one of the most fascinating players to watch in this game. He’s a model of hustle, he always plays hard, and he may just be the next member of the Backstreet Boys:

Last night, he was off the mic and back on the bases, doing ridiculous things made possible only by hustling. For example, watch him score from second base on a fairly routine grounder to the first baseman:

Altuve was stealing third on the pitch – so he had a bit of a head start – but his decision to go home was still a courageous one. That’s one smooth ballplayer.
