Todd Frazier Sneakily Stole Home on This Popped-Up Bunt to First Base!

Funny and Happy, Wild and Crazy

If you’ve ever wondered what the difference between being a fast base runner and being a smart base runner is, check out Todd Frazier’s style from yesterday.

In a pivotal 8th inning against the Padres, the White Sox third baseman scored from third base on an infield popped-up bunt to first:

Unbelievable.

The savvy move not only padded the White Sox lead by a run, but it also advanced the runner onto second – as if the bunt were successful anyway! That’s heads up base running at its finest. The White Sox went on to win.
